This may include but is not limited to paper products, records storage, temporary employment services and technology equipment. Hall of Justice Court Wing Window Coverings [RFP 2526-292]

The Superior Court of California, County of Ventura is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from highly qualified vendors to provide window coverings at the Hall of Justice (HOJ) courthouse located at 800 South Victoria Avenue in Ventura, California. 

The vendor will provide white retractable vertical blinds and roller shades on windows located on four (4) floors of the court wing side of the courthouse.

Multilingual Wayfinder Kiosk  [RFP No. 2526-291]

The Superior Court of California, County of Ventura (hereinafter referred to as “Court”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from highly qualified vendors to provide and implement two multilingual wayfinding kiosk projects.

The vendor will provide a conceptual design for pedestal (vertical) kiosks suitable for public use in the courthouse lobbies. The kiosks should be simple, durable, low maintenance, and secure with standard features that allow for customization where needed. The goal is to assist limited English proficient (LEP) court users navigate the Ventura Hall of Justice.

Ticketing / Queuing System [RFP No. 2526-286]

The Superior Court of California, County of Ventura (hereinafter referred to as “Court”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from highly qualified vendors to provide and implement a physical and/or virtual ticketing and queuing system.

The system must include capabilities for both analytical and statistical reporting to assess and enhance overall service performance. It will be required for use at two separate locations within the same courthouse facility. The goal is to continuously improve the efficiency and organization of public services at the courthouse while enhancing the overall customer service experience.
