General Information

The Collection Unit is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. Cases are assigned to Collection Officers alphabetically and have the ability to negotiate a payment schedule. Failure to contact this office about a payment problem may result in a warrant for your arrest, a civil judgment, a hold placed on your drivers license, referral to the Franchise Tax Board Tax Intercept Program, and referral to the Franchise Tax Board Court Ordered Debt Collection Unit. You may walk-in at any time and speak with a Collection Officer regarding your case. If your assigned Collection Officer is unavailable, any Collection Officer can assist you.
